To Change a GIS Design to an Offline or Template Design
From the list of designs in the My Designs view, select the design whose format you want to change. From the File menu, point to Open and then click Design to open the Design Properties dialog box.
Or right-click the design and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
In the Format box, select either Offline or Template and then click OK.
To work with the new nonspatial design, double-click the design in the My Designs view to open it in the Design Assistant.
